On Being Happy

Have you ever noticed that sometimes, you are just giddy. You can't really explain why?
Life is good. It's 32 degrees outside ... it has been freezing rain and snowing all day.
I didn't have to work today. I talked with some great friends.

I realized tonite in the middle of "High School Musical" ... I'm Happy !!!
I am unexplicably HAPPY !!!
I have the weird urge to just smile, and laugh, and hug people.

It is kind of fun !!!!

So .. whatever your reason ... or non-reason .
